Got a problem with the guys in charge, huh? [ Toph tilts her head. She doesn't like being told what to do either, but not to that extent. She just skirts around them when she can. ]

[tomodachi]

[He crosses his arms a little stubbornly.]

They're always trying to ruin my fun. [Like telling him to go to school and to stop defacing private property.]

[seismicity]

Yeah, maybe 'cause you keep getting caught. [ Toph grins, and then shrugs. ] If you don't get caught, you can still have your fun.

[tomodachi]

I don't keep getting caught. [...Well, most of the time he makes sure not to. Other times...] They just get lucky sometimes.

[seismicity]

Whatever. You better finish up here 'fore they get lucky again. I'd help, but. Well...

[tomodachi]

Right--can't stand around here just talking. [He turns to try to get back to work, filling in the missing words. It'd suck if a cop showed up before he was even finished with this...but while he's working, he speaks up again.] So what brings you to this part of town anyway?

[seismicity]

[ Toph just shrugs. She could make up some over the top reason like she'd usually do, but she decides the truth works fine in this instance. ]

Nothing, really. Just bored. [ Because nothing cool ever happens in the life of a little blind heiress' life, right? ] Figured you'd have something fun to do for me, and here we are!

[tomodachi]

Really? I had no idea that I'd be so entertaining for someone as rich as you to hang out with--I'll have to think of you being here as a compliment. [Which he does think of it as such, a little.]

[seismicity]

It is a compliment. You're welcome. [ She says so self-importantly... which lasts for all of two seconds, because she snickers at herself not long after.] Nah, but really. Life up at the lake isn't all what it's cracked out to be. So this is pretty neat.

[tomodachi]

[Hehe] Well, far be it for me to turn down the company of an heiress such as yourself, right? [Though, as he's learned before, attempting to pick-pocket her had resulted in unwanted attention from her seeing-eye dog last time, so good luck with trying that again. Instead he takes a step back to observe his work.]

I think it's finished, now--hopefully it'll stay up for a few days before they try to get rid of it. [Though he does like the rare chances to see the faces of the owners sometimes when they notice the graffiti on their walls, heh...]

Hey, if it's as good as you say it is, they'll never wanna take it down. [ She can't help but tease him.

And anyway, if they do you can just keep finding other big ol' walls to put it on til they realize what a work of art it is.

[Heh] That's the plan! Eventually they'll have to realize what a waste of great talent it is to keep trying to remove them, so they'll have no choice but to leave them be. [Yeah right, Crow...]
